Navy Strength Gin is the result of an absolute unique process; it represents the evolution of our personal blend of three Tuscan juniper kinds taking a long rest in a COCCIOPESTO amphora. This is how our Sailors gin obtains it’s complexity and the balance of an aged spirit.

This Juniper grows naturally along the Maremma coastline. The rich flavor is influenced by the volcanic grounds, the altitude of 200m above sea level and the sea wind. PH 6.4. 25% del blend.

Clear as every good London Dry Gin, Amphora Navy Strength Gin amazes the sense of smell with wild juniper, immediately softened by rosehip and herbal hint of helichrysum. The key is the flavour. Juniper explodes in the mouth, as with the blending of rosehip and a balsamic helicrysum. Immediately spicy coriander, finishes on slight citrus notes. An unmistakable dry taste plays along with the pleasant mineral scent, obtained through aging in cocciopesto amphora.
