COCKTAILS

Discover our cocktails based on Ginepraio Gin and Granaio Vodka. From timeless classics like the Negroni and Gin Tonic, to modern and fresh interpretations. NEGRONI

  • 30 ml Ginepraio Gin
  • 30 ml Red Vermouth
  • 30 ml Red Bitter

In an old fashioned glass filled with ice, pour 30 ml of Ginepraio Gin, Vermouth Rosso and Bitter Rosso. Stir gently with a bar spoon or stirrer, garnish with an orange slice or peel for a balanced and aromatic cocktail.

Vespers Martini

  • 60 ml Ginepraio Gin
  • 20 ml Granaio Vodka
  • 10 ml White Vermouth
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

In a shaker with ice, pour 60ml of Ginepraio Gin, 20ml of Granaio Vodka and 10ml of Vermouth Bianco. Shake for 15 seconds to chill. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

GIN TONIC

  • 50 ml Ginepraio Gin
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

In a tall glass or goblet filled with ice, pour 50ml of Ginepraio Gin and add 100-120ml of tonic water slowly to maintain the fizz. Stir with a long spoon, then garnish with a lemon or lime twist for a refreshing cocktail.

Breakfast Martini

  • 50 ml Ginepraio Gin
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade

Place a spoonful of orange marmalade in a shaker, add 50 ml of Ginepraio Gin, 15 ml of fresh lemon juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the marmalade is cooled and dissolved. Strain into a chilled Martini glass, garnish with an orange peel for a fresh, citrusy cocktail.

French 75

  • 35 ml Ginepraio Gin
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Champagne (to complete)

In a shaker filled with ice, add 35 ml of Ginepraio Gin, 25 ml of fresh lemon juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup. Shake vigorously to chill. Strain the mix into a champagne glass, top with Champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon peel for an elegant touch.

Moscow Mule

  • 50 ml Granaio Vodka
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 100ml ginger beer
  • Angostura Bitter (to finish)

In a tall glass filled with ice, pour 50ml of Granaio Vodka and 15ml of lime juice. Top with 100ml of ginger beer and add a touch of Angostura Bitter. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge for a lively and spicy cocktail.
