Dubonnet Cocktail

 

  • It is said that Queen Elizabeth II enjoys a Dubonnet and Gin cocktail before lunch.

    As most of the interne also states she has one before EVERY lunch.

    I do think since it was a favourite of the Queen Mother, she occasionally has one in her honour.

  • 45 ml Ginepraio Gin

    45 ml Dubonnet

  • Stir over ice and strain in a rock glass.

    Garnish with a lemon wheel.
