Wibble

One of the lesser known cocktails from the legendary bartender, who invented the Espresso Martini and the Bramble.

As Dick Bradsell once said, "it may make you wobble, but it won't make you fall down". Dick named this cocktail after the 1970s' Weebles children's roly-poly toys which were advertised with the catchphrase, "Weebles wobble, but they don't fall down".

30 ml Ginepraio Gin

30 ml Sloe Gin

30 ml fresh squeeze Grapefruit Juice

10 ml fresh squeeza lemon juice

10 ml Crème de Mûre

5 ml Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients and strain into a Martini Glass.
